All Programs

Much of our work is dictated by the passion of community volunteers. We thank all those that came to us with a request for services and ideas as to how to assist those most vulnerable in our community. Below are a few of our current programs. Winter Respite Center

We provide 4 hours of respite 3 days per week, allowing guests to get out of the cold, use a restroom, eat a hot meal, rest, and receive the hospitality of volunteers and service providers.

Shower Program

Every Saturday, Carmichael HART is partnering with Carmichael Presbyterian Church to provide showers to our homeless neighbors from 9 am – 1 pm.

Meal Delivery

52 weeks per year, our street outreach meal delivery program provides connections, social service resources, personal hygiene supplies, and meals to our unhoused community members.

Transitional Housing

We are raising money to cover the day-to-day expenses of operating the Charlotte House.

Youth Program

Through collaboration with faith communities, nonprofits, businesses, we have implemented several initiatives addressing the challenges faced by at-risk students and their families.
